Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples was born in the United States and is an actor, singer and actress. She was awarded the best actress award for her performance in Nashville in the 2012 drama, as Layla Grant. She also received the award for Sharknado 2013, where she played Claudia Shepard. In addition, she played the principal character Jerrica Jem Betnton on the movie Jem and the Holograms (2005). Aubrey Peeples grew up in Lake Mary Florida by parents Wendy and Ashley. There is also a younger sister, Ally. Aubrey has been a member of Orlando Repertory Theatre ten years in her teen years. She is a graduate of Lake Mary Preparatory School and was named valedictory for students of the 2012 class when she was a graduate. Harvard University accepted her but was able to enter twice the second time to accept her role in Nashville. Peeples was as a character in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011, Grey's Anatomy (2005) and Grey's Anatomy (2005) as and Grey's Anatomy (2005). She also had a recurring role on Necessary Rustiness (1991). She appeared in the television films Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009) as well as The Good Mother. She played a significant role as Layla Grant on the Nashville Drama series in its second season. Peeples discussed her bipolar illness in an interview for NKD Magazine.
